Job Responsibilities: What you will do
As a Driver Recruiting Coordinator, you will assist applicant drivers by ensuring all documentation is complete to successfully transfer to driver hire.
Conduct and thoroughly review driver qualification files/applications for accuracy and completeness and ensure each file meets the organization’s Driver Qualifications and Requirements.
Run and review background reports, MVRs, PSPs, DriverFacts, DriverIQ, and other third-party reports to ensure driving applicants passes all verifications.
Assist with back office support: uploading and reviewing hiring documents (road test, drug screens, pre and post hire, etc.).
Review verification of employment for applicant’s prior work history.
Collaborate with other internal departments and/or leaders to communicate driver information prior to hire.
Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization’s objectives

Qualifications: What you need to bring
Previous office administrative experience required.
Previous experience in transportation preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must have high attention to detail.
Must be a team player and able to work in fast paced environment.
Must possess strong computer skills.
Must possess strong organizational skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
