We are looking for a Driver Recruiter to screen, interview and hire qualified applicants to improve driver retention and safety standards for our growing company.

As a Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for: Assisting with advertising P&S through internet, phone, trucker fairs etc.
Respond to inquiries from prospective drivers and conduct phone pre-screening for potential candidates Conduct background checks on qualified candidates Have knowledge of MVR and DAC reports Full-time 1-3 years of experience in transportation, recruiting, or safety required Microsoft Office knowledge Previous work experience in customer service or sales is preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills Must be detail oriented and have a great interpersonal skills Additional Details: As a full-time employee, you are eligible for all benefits, including Health.
