Purpose of Position: The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying (sourcing) and recruiting qualified candidates for the full life cycle recruitment.
This includes strategic sourcing pre-screening planning and communication with interviews and status of positions and maintaining the talent pipeline and database.Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:Utilize traditional and non-traditional resources to identify qualified candidates through job posting sites referrals networking and social media opportunities in order to develop a pipeline of available candidates.Ascertain the competence of the candidates against a job description.Screen and refer qualified applicants to Hiring Manager for interviewing by matching education experience and salary requirements with specific job requirements.Conduct research to identify market intelligence competitive intelligence and supply and dmand prior to embarking on a search.Proactively build qualified talent pipelines to meet growing business demands through research internet sourcing recruitment marketing campaigns events and more.Provide hands-on sourcing related support and manage the search process for key positions and critical hires.Provide recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends emerging technology and sourcing tools, best practices, legal developments, and benchmark comparisons.Manage evaluate and develop innovative direct sourcing plans to attract diverse talent.Develop talent pipelines for critical recurring roles as well as provide market intelligence.Qualifications:Candidates for this position should have the following education/experience and demonstrate mastery of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Three + plus years of experience in the staffing industry/and or recruiting and working in a fast-pace environment.Experience recruiting DOD, Defense Health, or Military Health positions.DLH is committed to fostering a diverse workforce and is proud to be an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
