Don’t confuse us for a typical staffing company, because we are everything but that.What you’ll be doing:The Director of Delivery will lead a team of recruitment and operations professionals, leveraging multi-faceted sales and delivery strategies to meet customer needs and achieve team performance goals.In this role, you will:Lead and coordinate the recruiting team’s delivery against client staffing needsPrioritize and allocate resources to projects in alignment with division goal and growth strategiesAssist in evaluating current and proposed systems, processes and procedures and develop recommendations/enhancements to keep assigned division functioning efficientlyPartner with Talent Acquisition to hire and on-board new hires to support the needs of the businessOversee recruiter production on a weekly basis and ensure monthly goals are achieved; proactively work with team members to address any challenges that may existEnsure team members have development plans in place and are provided the consistent performance feedback necessary to be successful in their role and grow professionallyProvide creative solutions to complex situations and operational problems involving our clients and physicians; act as a primary point of contact in the escalation processLeverage internal and external data points to determine market strategies, direction and growth plansParticipate in strategic planning sessions; division specific as well as company widePrepare and deliver performance results at Monthly Strategic Business Unit reviews in conjunction with Vice President of DeliveryHere’s what we look for:7 years’ professional experience; staffing experience preferred5 years’ management experience in sales or recruitingExperience managing customer service, account management, or delivery/recruitment organizationsDemonstrated ability to build and retain high performing teamsStrong analytical skills including the use of business intelligence reporting to make informed decisionsStrong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to establish relationships over the phoneTime management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentYour character is more important than any level of skill, experience, or education.
