Sensor Tower is looking for a global Director of Recruiting who will manage our recruiting team.

Responsibilities Partner with our management team to grow Sensor Tower through the next growth phase and beyond Inspire and develop a global group of experienced/capable, highly motivated, people-focused recruiters Cultivate and support diversity of thought by engaging talent from diverse and underrepresented groups Leverage data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting programs and properly inform efforts for continuous improvement Drive HRIS utilization and cross-functional recruiting process workflows, with a focus on making high-quality hires in the most efficient manner possible Define and manage talent delivery timelines while knowing when to pivot/reprioritize Conduct expert-level employment contract negotiation and lead, coach, and support the hiring teams on win-win closing strategies Develop global brand and attraction strategies that can be deployed globally, across online channels, and within professional networks of interest Requirements Ability to lead with empathy while also holding people accountable for performance 10 years of experience in recruiting (emphasis on technical recruiting is preferred) with experience leading a recruiting function Experience in high-growth tech organizations (mid-market SaaS preference) Systematic approach to recognizing and developing team members Self-starter with strong organization skills/detail orientation Experience operating within ATS environments and incorporating new functionality Confidence in addressing difficult topics among management as they surface Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and time deliverables
