We are looking for our next Director of Human Resources for our Forbes “Luxury Verified” 504 room property!

The ideal candidate will have amazing leadership skills, the ability to influence positive team member culture, and be an independent thinker and decision make

  • Paradox Navigator: Able to manage tensions inherent in business (including long-term and short-term tensions and top-down and bottom-up tensions.)

  • Human Capital Curator: Able to manage the flow of talent by developing people and leaders, driving individual performance and building technical talent.
  • Total Rewards Steward: Able to manage employee well-being through financial and non-financial rewards.
  • Technology and Media Integrator: Able to use technology and social media to drive and create high-performing organizations.
  • Analytics Designer and Interpreter: Able to use analytics to improve decision-making.
  • Compliance Manager: Able to manage processes related to compliance by following regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum Years of Experience: four (4) years as Assistant HR Director/Director level experience in the hospitality industry
  • Management Experience (type): Management of Entire Department

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SHRM-S/PHR or SHRM-S/CP certification
  • Master’s Degree

I am looking forward to going to the Hilton Hawaiian Village in just a few weeks.

The fact that we are able to stay at the resort where there’s a beach and, you know, a lot of different benefits, it’s just so exciting.

I’m going with my boyfriend, and we are actually celebrating our five-year anniversary, so very excited about it.
