This executive will play a critical role in creating a vibrant department that will develop systems that support the future vision of Silver Hill Hospital.

The Director of Human Resources is an employee champion, forming partnerships, assessing, and anticipating HR-related needs, enhancing retention strategies, and advising on the best practices in Human Resources.nn nTHE POSITIONn nnMost significant is that the new Director will implement best practices to elevate the level of professionalism and the historical role of Human Resources at Silver Hill, leading to the adoption of a progressive HR culture featuring transparent communication, inclusion and greater diversity.
