Enterprise Account Executive UCaaS CX Our client is a world leader that provides communication solutions and network services. They are seeking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive to identify new business opportunities as well as promote growth of product within existing accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and/or cross-sell within their contact center (CX) technology and platforms. The position will involve maintaining current knowledge of available products/solutions within the organization as well as competitors.Responsibilities:Meet / exceed sales goals and quotasIdentify new business opportunitiesNew Business development (New Logos)Manage sales cycle; new business sales and cross-sellBuild and maintain client relationships; becoming the trusted advisor, ensuring retention and increased businessKeep well-informed of available products/solutions, their competitors and make recommendations to existing clientsConsultative and solution-based selling; Articulating the value proposition of solutions and productsCollaborate with other sales professionals and SME’s to assist with closing dealsRequirements:Bachelor’s DegreeMin. 3-5+ years of B2B Sales experience with selling complex software solutions / services (UCaaS, CX software, etc.)Experience identifying new business opportunities and closing large enterprise deals requiredExperience selling cloud-based contact center business platformsRelationship Management experienceDocumented success in quota achievement environmentExcellent organization and time management skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, CRMAbility to travel as needed within territoryOffering:Base Salary $100,000Year 1 @ plan $160,000 no CAP Uncapped CommissionsFull Benefits PackageCareer AdvancementDirect Sales Recruiting, LLC, (DSR) and DirectHR are National Recruitment organizations partnering with National, Regional and Local Clients to bring qualified candidates a career and a future.
