Our client, a leader in financial services is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in Center City! If you are looking to capitalize on your recruiting skill set in a fast-paced environment, then this is the role for you!

About You:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
• Prior experience working in an ATS is required
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time

Day to Day:

• Perform full life cycle recruitment across various departments
• Communicate with hiring managers on specific needs
• Screen and interview candidates
• Handle employee onboarding
• Maintain open requisitions and job postings
