We need someone with the friendliness and eagerness to deliver such stellar customer service that your smile will be heard across the line to our candidates and colleagues on the other end of the phone.

Core Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:High School diploma or equivalentOne (1) year of recruiting coordinator or relevant human resources administrative experienceTwo (2) years of general office or related experience working in a customer service capacityFamiliarity with traditional and modern recruiting methods and techniquesTeam player with the ability to take direction from multiple team membersExcellent verbal communication skills including a pleasant phone demeanorStrong written communication skillsProven ability to adjust work schedule as appropriate to accommodate time-sensitive requestsAbility to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing prioritiesStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational skills to effectively prioritize outstanding and completed tasks and provide status updatesAbility to maintain confidentialityExperience using Microsoft Office including the ability to create basic reports, documents and spreadsheets in MS Word and MS ExcelPreferred Qualifications:Coursework towards a degree in HR or HR experienceExperience in a high volume recruiting environmentExperience using an applicant tracking system and/or large employee data system Overview: As the manufacturer of Dart® and Solo® brand products, Dart Container is an industry leading single-use food and beverage packaging company.
