Job Title: Recruiter SpecialistJob Code:415Pay Rate:DOEHours / Days: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)Job Status:Full TimeLocation: RemoteOrganization: CulturaLink partners with healthcare organizations to improve patient-centered care and to create an effective, diverse workforce through services focused on diversity, inclusion, and cultural competence.We provide hundreds of healthcare providers with best-in-class consulting along with comprehensive translation and interpretation services in more than 200 languages.Summary: The primary responsibility of the Recruiter Specialist is to successfully source qualified foreign language and American Sign Language interpreters to deliver services to CulturaLink clients.The successful candidate will source, interview, screen, and negotiate rates with interpreters for both full time and contract positions. The Recruiter Specialist will manage all referrals for individuals interested in delivering services through CulturaLink. The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience, self-starter, detail oriented, personable, excellent communicator, stellar negotiation skills, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a busy recruitment environment.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Manage the overall interpreter recruiting process for three modalities (OPI, OSI & VRI).Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate interpreter pipeline.Actively pursue new candidates through multiple recruiting channels. e.G. job boards, community events and organizations etc.Conduct background checks for all new candidates.Manage job boards and social networking websites.Effective negotiation skills to assist with candidate competitive rates.Review and analyze resumes using ATS software program.Schedule and conduct phone screenings and evaluations.Educate candidates on the organization interpreter program and processes.Ensure all required elements for qualification are sourced and documented, which may include certifications, health records, etc.Manage interpreter communications (e-mails, phone calls, job boards, and announcements).Foster and maintain positive relationships with interpreters.Meet the tactical department objectives and KPIs for the recruitment process.Exceptional negotiation, analytical and interpersonal communication skills.Actively participate in job fairs, seminars, and networking events.Maintain the interpreter database for data accuracy.Prepare required reports for team meetings and management review.Assist with other duties as assigned and additional duties as required.Experience:Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume industry.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Experience with utilizing ATS software programs.Experience placing advertisements on job boards and social networking websites preferred.Remain current with recruiting trends and best industry practices.Exceptional negotiation, analytical and interpersonal communication skills.Comfortable being on the phone most of the workday.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with candidates in a diverse environment.·Equivalent work experience in sourcing and/or recruiting in a high-volume industry.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Must possess creative, resourceful, and results-oriented recruiting techniques.Education: Bachelor’s Degree– Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)ATS Software Programs
