A leading provider of cyber security and application delivery, Radware (RDWR) is looking for a Sales Recruiter/Talent Scout reporting to the VP of HR, Americas.
This is a remote position.
Must be able to work on a full-time basis.
Radware’s Talent Acquisition team is the gatekeeper and the first interface for candidates.
We partner with our hiring managers in order to facilitate the hiring process while maintaining the best candidate experience.
The Sales Recruiter will identify and attract top sales executives with experience in the Cybersecurity/Cloud application market.
This market is extremely competitive, and the ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate their competitive attitude and drive to compete for talent.
Responsibilities:
Source for candidates by conducting advanced searches using LinkedIn Recruiter
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications as needed
Post jobs to appropriate social media, job boards, colleges etc
Screen candidates resumes
Conduct video interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
Schedule interviews with managers
Collect interview feedback
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote employer branding via social media and other platforms
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting report
What do you need to succeed?
5 years of experience as a full life cycle Recruiter with 2 years in the Information Technology industry preferred
IT, Sales or Marketing recruiting experience is required
Experience in a global high-tech company; cyber security is a plus
Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter experience to conduct candidate searches
Advanced direct candidate sourcing experience
Behavioral based interview experience coupled with analytical skills
Hands-on experience with recruiting for technical and sales roles
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented with strong decision-making, follow up and organizational skills
Out of the box thinker who takes initiative, is a self-starter and brings creative ideas
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); preferably Taleo
Experience with Predictive Index is a plus
