Summary: Exciting opportunity for a professional Recruiter looking to leverage their industry experience to a fast-paced, high-volume company in the sporting goods industry Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for sourcing and recruiting positions at all levels.Identify new and creative ways to source highly qualified candidatesAttend various networking and seminar eventsSource and recruit candidates by conducting telephone and in-person interviews to ensure proper job fit.Complete references and background checks accordingly.Serve as the liaison between the client and the candidate during the offer process including coaching, counter offers, counseling and termination decisions.Utilize various tools to research markets and leads for potential new business opportunities.Engage client decision makers or work closely with an Account Manager to open key new accounts.Must have a “ consultative” approach when speaking with candidates and clients.Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates on assignment.Complete additional administrative work such as payroll, onboarding, I9s and W4s as needed.Qualifications Bachelor’ s Degree preferred1 years applicable work experienceProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteProfessional written/verbal communicationAvid user of LinkedIn and Social MediaAvailability and flexibility to work after hours and/or overtimeMust have a love for meeting people, a passion for “ winning”, and be motivated by an unlimited earning potential.Character and Culture Requirements: Exemplifies Core Values of Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Passion and RespectContributes in bettering our workplace and is willing bring fun into performing their responsibilities – have a winning and progressive attitudeEnjoys working in autonomous teams and being held accountable to team members
