Corporate Recruiter

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Corporate Recruiter job in Santa Ana, CA..  This is a temporary 3-6 month opportunity; possible temporary to hire).

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening and hiring Healthcare Professionals (Dental Assistants) and Administrative Staff.

Experience in this field is helpful but not a requirement; Staffing Agency experience is helpful.

Responsibilities for this Recruiter job include:
 

• Experience as a Corporate Recruiter, preferably with Healthcare Professionals    

•  Bilingual in Spanish is a plus                    

•  Recruit, screen, and hire Health Care Providers; maintain confidential employee records; records management
                                                 
 
Qualifications:
 

•  5+  years’ minimum recruiting experience required          

•  Excellent communication skills      

•  Bachelor Degree is preferred         

•  Proficient in Microsoft Office                    
 
 
Pay is $30-$35/HR and the schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM
