Corporate Recruiter

Madiba has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Recruiter to join our internal Talent Acquisition team! This role will support Madiba’s Global Recruiting Operations, Executive Leadership, and the Head of Talent Acquisition by proactively assisting with the identification, selection, and processing of qualified candidates. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with a proven background utilizing innovative recruiting and sourcing methods in high volume and fast-paced environments that specializes in technical recruiting, sourcing, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience sourcing, recruiting and engaging active and passive candidates for specialized technology positions within a high-volume organization
Experience working with hiring managers, project managers, executive leadership, and appropriate stakeholders to determine final decisions on candidate hiring.
Conduct initial prescreening interviews, telephone interviews, and MS Teams interviews with prospective applicants and make recommendations on appropriate hires based on need and candidate interaction
Responsible for ensuring the maintenance of concise and accurate records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process while working within the Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and SharePoint.
Assist with the development of creative, innovative, and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of internal departments and clients
Develop detailed job posting descriptions to attract talent and differentiate from competitors
Create, monitor, and manage targeted advanced Boolean Queries for core skills matrix roles and positions
Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for multiple requisitions
Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition and HR to facilitate negotiation with candidates
Responsible for developing and applying in-depth knowledge of technical job specifications including skills, experience, and competencies needed for success in each role
Assist with the identification and selection of candidates through the effective use of job boards such as DICE, Indeed, etc.…
Continually keep candidates informed with high-touch communication throughout the recruiting process
Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for multiple requisitions
Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build company brand awareness clients, candidates and external service providers

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experience in a full-cycle corporate or agency environment with a focus on technology positions
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required
Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills
Possess superb organizational skills and great attention to detail
Level headed problem solver with an exceptional customer service background
Ability to develop relationships and a sense of professionalism
