Corporate Recruiter

We are looking for a GREAT Recruiter for our Sheboygan, WI Manpower Office. If you have the drive and desire to help GREAT people find their Dream Job, then this is the job for you! Full-Time, First Shift and an Immediate Opening.
Primary duties will be to develop and lead the recruitment strategies to attract top talent, build strong business and client relationships, learn and understand the positions and skills needed, and connect their skills with the customers needs.

You will need strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients. Will recruit, source, screen, advertise, coach & counsel, performance management, work with candidates and customers, and make quality staffing placements!
