Overview of the Corporate Recruiter opportunity:

• Reporting into the HR Manager, the Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for:
• Recruiting process from A-Z, prepare job descriptions, post open positions, screen candidates, reference checks, and make offers
• Assist new hire orientation and onboarding
• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter
• Meet with management regularly to discuss openings

Background and Qualifications: &

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ year’s experience full-cycle recruiting
• Working with Applicant Tracking System or HRIS a PLUS
