Job description:The major duties of this job involve building relationships with and recruiting healthcare professionals to ensure project needs are staffed with outstanding temporary employees in a timely manner.
This job will entail working at an extremely fast pace and will require working cooperatively with and through people in order to complete tasks and will be integral in motivating others.
The job requires team or collaborative work within the organization, and will be integral in bringing out the best in others.
This job will require a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to get things done correctly, with emphasis on working with and through people in the process.
Understanding and assessing people well and using those skills effectively in recruiting and selecting candidates and motivating and persuading others to act, will be an important aspect of the job.
It is important in this job for goals to be set and reached, and for tasks to be completed in a timely manner.
Decisions will many times have to be made under pressure, and will generally need the ideas and advice of others.
Details will need to be handled quickly and accurately, but will not be a repetitive part of the job.

This job will involve taking ownership of all aspects of tasks, from the initiation, through the process and through to completion.
Job Duties Sourcing of employees for specific assignments using various job posting/search mediums.
Creatively network and use social media to contact/search for applicants.
Aggressively pursue both active and passive candidates, search on job boards.
Responsible for initial screening of applications and resumes, interviewing candidates, completing reference checks, evaluating candidates and making recommendations for hire.
Negotiate pay and other compensation terms with candidates.
Act as a liaison between facilities and newly hired candidates.
Assist in addressing client and employee concerns during an assignment.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws Documentation of confidential information per HIPPA standards Requirements: Bachelors Degree and 2 years in Talent Acquisition Excellent communication skills both orally and written Personable, yet professional personality Strong competitive, goal oriented nature Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Retains information, can work independently as well as in a team setting Proficient in Microsoft Suite Ability to ask/answer open ended questions Analytical skills, detail oriented and proactive approach to problem solving Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude Preferred Previous customer service or human resources experience Strong attention to detail, including accurate documentation We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
