Job Description:
The Recruiter is responsible for full cycle talent sourcing in support of their designated region.
This position is accountable for creating innovative and resourceful strategies to mine and attract the best passive and active job seekers.
The Recruiter will work directly with the Regional Recruiter(s) and Director of Talent Acquisition to meet all sourcing goals.
· LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY (West Valley of Arizona area preferred)
· Virtual Recruiter position supporting 14 locations.
· Must be willing to travel between 10%
– 25% of the time.
· Some weekend work required.
· This is a 6 month TEMPORARY position.
Job Responsibilities:
· Accountable for developing a comprehensive sourcing strategy to source for top talents by methods of cold calling, direct sourcing and creating name/talent lead generation
· Execute talent sourcing strategies to fulfill sourcing goals and creating ongoing talent pipeline
· Responsible for screening applicant resumes and conducting phone screens to identify viable candidates who meet the hiring manager’s requirements
· Participate in job fairs, information sessions and special recruiting events, as needed
· Post jobs on all available talent platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed, Twitter, Facebook, and Craigslist
· Overcome sourcing obstacles while adhering to targeted submitted goals
· Submit daily and weekly sourcing metrics
· Ensure constant communication with Regional Recruiter(s) to create strategy and discuss directional goals.
Assist the Regional Recruiter(s) with overall recruiting goals while performing other related duties and projects as business needs require
Skill Requirements:
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under deadline pressure
· Ability to adapt to processes and deal with ambiguity
· Clear, effective oral and written communication skills with a high attention to detail
· A highly collaborative team player with flexibility working with varying organizational levels
· Ability to review resumes, post jobs, source active and passive talent via multiple industry outlets.
Must have a strong knowledge of Boolean, cold calling and social media searches and an understanding of current industry trends and best practices.
· Proven ability to develop a steady pipeline of qualified applicants
Education/Experience:
· At least two years high volume sourcing/ recruiting experience is required, food service/food and beverage sourcing experience is preferred
· Ability to think “outside-the-box” and demonstrate creative sourcing strategies
· Advanced sourcing skills to include internet mining and advanced networking skills
· Strong technology skills including ATS expertise, web mining, and PC experience working with Microsoft Office software
· Experience working in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team
MUST BE ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN

Pay: $55,000.00
– $60,000.00 per year
