Our client is looking for multiple job-seekers for the Recruiter position in Wales, PA!

In this role, the primary duty is to source potential leads in areas such as technology , early development and biometrics.

This temp to possibly hire position is $65 per hour!

Responsibilities of a Recruiter Include:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates for the company
• Communicating with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs of the company are met
• Providing an excellent end-to-end hiring process for candidate for positive experience
• Organizing records of the recruitment process per candidate
• Sending updates on the recruiting process

Required Qualifications :

Requirements:

• At least 2 or more years of experience in recruiting
• Knowledge of the recruiting process as well as the databases and related networks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Understanding goals and metrics needed
