Prior experience with technical recruiting or strong desire/ability to learn required. Understanding of Fintech software applications a big plus.Experience working in an applicant tracking systemExcellent customer service skills: approachable, courteous; responds to requests ina timely mannerAbility to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneouslyAbility to work effectively with a variety of different people at all levels within the organizationAptitude for learning new technologies and processes quickly and thoroughlyOutstanding organizational skills and high attention to detailSelf-starter who approaches challenges with emotional intelligence and strong problem solving skillsProficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and OutlookAbility to travel between our Avon, Southington and Rocky Hill offices and to universities in Connecticut and adjacent statesCOCC is committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
