Under the direction for Supervisor of Spares Warranty, the FalconCare Claim Administrator and Program Analyst will admininster and process FalconCare, warranty, and commercial program claims specializing in the review and tracking of spare part transactions to ensure all parts issued are accounted for.
Responsibilities also include: the reviewing of maintenance transactions and invoices, preparation of documentation for invoice payment, categorizing expenses, producing documents and reports as required by Dassault groups in charge of delivering support services.
Work with Customer Service IT and other departments within Dassault to develop systems and reports required for business analysis of FalconCare and warranty programs to improve performance of tracking maintenance and related costs of aircraft operation.
Provide analysis of operating costs including part usage, technical labor, warranty service activity, and high failure rate components used for aircraft design improvements, budgetary allocations, and determination of flat-rates for common tasks.

Maintain the FalconCare database.
Work with Customer Service IT and other departments within Dassault to develop systems and reports required for business analysis of FalconCare and warranty, to improve performance of tracking maintenance and related costs of aircraft operation.
Provide analysis of operating costs including: part usage, labor hours (used in determining flat rates for common tasks), warranty service activity, high failure rate components (used for aircraft design improvements), budgetary allocations.
Periodically administrate vendor contracts including: Prepare and validate supporting documentation Prepare POs and process payments Provide analysis and financial reconciliation reports including: Reconciling cost charged to FalconCare and warranty vs work performed on the aircraft Variance explanations Assisting in recovering cost and resolving disputes preparing third party discount reports and related credits MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 4 Years College in Business or Computer Science or related experience and knowledge.
2 year experience in business analysis and related computer software systems within aerospace industry.
Ability to define problems, collect data, and provide business analysis Experience with MS Windows, MS Office Suite and SAP.
Experience in constructing spreadsheets, incorporating formulas, tables, and charts.
Data migration and manipulation associated skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting principals and ability to produce financial reports.
Able to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with multiple groups and keep deadlines.
Self starter who takes initiatives and works with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in customer service position serving aerospace industry.
Previous experience in maintenance cost programs, work order systems, and applications.
Experience with Business Objects, Qlik Sense, SAP, Crystal Reporting or similar reporting software.
Experience with aircraft maintenance tracking software such as CAMP, FlightDocs, and TRAXXALL.
Able to speak and read French language is an added plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Office environment / Work from home (as needed) Job requires extensive computer work as well as detailed analysis.
Attention to detail in developing and reviewing specific data is a regular and essential requirement of the job.
Some travel required.
