Responsibilities: You WillThe Chief Culture and Engagement Officer (CCEO), as part of the firms Executive Management Team, is responsible for the strategic management and guidance of BerryDunns Culture and Engagement Team, which includes the Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition, and Learning and Development (L) Departments, all dedicated to the support and growth of our employees success.
The CCEO develops, implements, and aligns HR, Talent Acquisition, and L programs with business goals, serving as a strategic partner of the senior management team while supporting employees in their day-to-day cultural and employment needs.
The CCEO will be responsible for:Guide efforts to build and enhance a culture that is representative of the firms mission, vision, and values across a growing and geographically diverse employee base.Mergers and acquisition (M) cultural engagementContributing to the business strategyDeveloping workforce plans and programs that align with the organizations overall strategic objectivesForecasting talent needs and addressing the talent gapsOrchestrating learning skills and career development of the workforceEmployee orientation, education and training, succession planning and management developmentEmployee relations, affirmative action compliance, policies and proceduresWage and salary administration, benefits administration, organization development, and employee assistanceEngage and influence the CEO Council on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with a focus on the impact to firm culture.
