The overall combined employee population is approximately 750 people working in a call center environment supporting our Youth Care business (foster care) as well as general customer service.
In this position you will also take an active role in building and executing our people and talent strategy in partnership with the local leadership teams with focus on succession, talent development, onboarding and retention, and a variety of other key metrics.About You:First and foremost, you are a highly collaborative and strategic Human Resources leader driven to make a difference and change the face of healthcare.

You have previous experience supporting Call Center operations, and have advanced Excel and Workday (HRIS) capabilities.
Ideally, you live in or around the Burr Ridge, IL area as this position will require the candidate to be on site with some flexibility for work at home post COVID-19 restrictions.Position Purpose: Accountable for aligning people strategy with business strategy.
Drive the talent agenda, partnering closely with Centers of Expertise (COEs), HR Operations and business unit leaders to effectively and efficiently deliver a full spectrum of strategic and tactical programs to support business and people objectives.
