The overall employee population is approximately 700 people within our Population Health and Finance teams.

In this position you will also take an active role in building and executing our people and talent strategy in partnership with the local leadership teams with You will drive key initiatives that support building and executing our people and talent strategy with a focus on talent development & succession, workforce planning, retention, culture and engagement, and a variety of other key metrics.About You:First and foremost, you are a highly collaborative and strategic Human Resources leader driven to make a difference and change the face of healthcare.

You live in Chicago or the surrounding area.Position Purpose: Accountable for aligning people strategy with business strategy.

Drive the talent agenda, partnering closely with Centers of Expertise (COEs), HR Operations and business unit leaders to effectively and efficiently deliver a full spectrum of strategic and tactical programs to support business and people objectives.
