The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company’s risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.

The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs.

Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions.

The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo’s risk and control infrastructure.

These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.

The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.

Enterprise Program OfficeThe Enterprise Policy office (EPO) effectively works with teams to ensure that policies and procedures reflect Wells Fargo’s Vision & Values and are consistent with the company’s business and risk management goals.

The group also aims to improve team member awareness and understanding of all policies governing Wells Fargo’s businesses.

The Policy Analytics, Monitoring and Assessment team improves policy management practices through monitoring and assessment activities.
Policy Management Services Team
The Policy Management Services team is responsible for ensuring policy management technology tools effectively support policy management activities and for providing policy management training.

Our goal is to enable more effective development, communication, and implementation of policies, procedures and related reference documents, support independent risk management oversight capabilities and enhance change management across the company.

The individual filling this role will provide technology support for policy management activities in collaboration with enterprise and business leaders accountable for Wells Fargo policies and procedures.

The business systems consultant will work on a range of projects affecting Wells Fargo’s business and enterprise staff areas including system development, process design, and training.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as a member of a dedicated team of professionals who are the company’s central point of contact for policy management practices Creation of problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans/scripts, and other various project/work effort documentation Act as a liaison between business sponsor and development teams by identifying, documenting, and assist with resolution of system defects and enhancements Ensure consistent communication of production issues and system enhancements Identify process gaps or improvement opportunities; design and implement improved solutions Works as a liaison with stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate requirements Work closely with systems development teams to clarify business requirements and translate business requirements to technical/functional requirements Documents clearly and concisely the information necessary to support the applications and solutions Participates in all aspects of system maintenance including daily support activities, defect/enhancement prioritization discussions, user acceptance testing, and deployment verification activities Required Qualifications
7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills Intermediate Microsoft Visio skills Tableau experience User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience 2+ years of HP ALM experience SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience Knowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
