Bilingual Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Remote)

**Job Description ** The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the full life cycle recruiting of financial, technical and corporate administrative positions within MasTec Network Solutions. This individual will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify needs, develop strategies to attract talent, assess candidates negotiate and close offers, and helps to ensure the successful Onboarding of new talent into the organization. Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems; receives instruction, guidance and direction from others. **Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * Utilize recruiting methods to identify and attract top- performing professionals for open positions within the telecommunications industry * Ensure the ability to learn/follow proper policies, procedures and work flows greatly impacting the full recruitment life cycle * Partnering with the Executive and Management teams to support recruiting efforts in sourcing and selecting qualified candidates to the specified job requirements * Continually sourcing and developing a network of candidates, in addition to maintaining candidate relationships by utilizing internal databases * Establish best practices for recruiting strategies to seek/track qualified candidates. * Assist in developing recruitment policies and procedures to enhance the overall recruitment process * Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
