Everyday You Will: Execute high volume, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of Home Health Aides Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and internal policies and procedures Maintain up to date notes in company ATS Coordinate follow up interviews with required team members Collaborate with operations team to match, assign and schedule caregivers based on skill level, availability and client needs Must enjoy speaking on the telephone, have pleasant personality, be interested in learning a client’s unique needs, and show compassion/empathy for the clients and the caregivers Must be a great problem-solver, be able to work under time-pressure and multi-task while remaining composed Must be comfortable with computers, and have ability to learn and operate scheduling and training software systems Preference given to those with home health care experience, or who have managed / organized home health care services for a loved one Ideal Candidate Will Possess: Strongly prefer 2 years’ experience recruiting home health aides Bilingual Spanish required High energy, well spoken, and excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must Must be able to quickly adapt to change and be able to work in a fast paced environment This role is based out of our Manhattan, NY office and this role will require a mix of both in-office and field based work.
