Bilingual Human Resources Admin

This is a Full-time position in Linden, NJ posted February 18, 2022.

Our client, a well known food company, is looking for a hardworking and resourceful Bilingual HR Admin to join their team. 

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$16/hr

Position Overview:

The Bilingual HR Admin will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Department. The primary responsibility of the Bilingual HR Admin is to handle administrative work for the team, in addition to handling ad hoc projects as needed.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual HR Admin:

  • Charged with handling documentation including new employee paperwork, onboarding, I-9’s and more
  • Handle confidential files and information
  • Update internal databases as needed
  • Interact with employees and answer all questions as needed
  • Identify, screen, and schedule new talent as needed
  • Assist with Ad Hoc Projects as needed

Qualifications of the Bilingual HR Admin :

  • 1+ year of admin experience 
  • Fluent in written and verbal
  • Spanish communication
  • Proof of Vaccination is required
  • Knowledge of Outlook calendar
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
