develop and conduct training for production positions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.+ Set up and maintain files.+ Complete birthday postings and send out birthday cards to associates.+ Update the training matrix.+ Translate all documents as needed for the company.+ Conduct orientation.+ Set up interviews, assist with Spanish interviews.+ Set up new hires in ADP.+ Assist with safety responsibilities.+ Assist with associate events.+ Distribute weekly safety tips.Other related duties.+ Serve on the Safety Committee.+ Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.+ Must be flexible to work a few hours at night each month to assist with second shift.+ Must be willing to work with other associates from other cultures.
