If that sounds like you, come join the team!Job OverviewAs a Technical Recruiter II, you will be an integral member of the AvidXchange team, responsible for driving all aspects of the full lifecycle recruiting process in partnership with leaders and candidates in Technology, Engineering, and Product. You will put your communication and connection skills to work as your share the AvidXchange story and vision with prospective candidates. You will also coach leaders and hiring teams on how to effectively hire quality candidates via the most impactful recruiting methodologies.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with the hiring managers to define and understand hiring needs, screen/source candidates, interview and extend the offer/negotiating.Source and identify candidates using creative and varied techniques to ensure an ongoing diverse candidate pipeline to support business needs.Provide the highest quality customer service to both hiring managers and candidates.Ensure a thorough understanding of the job requisition/description; assist in the creation of job descriptionsConsult with Hiring Managers; provide updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity.Use metrics and reporting to uncover opportunities that drive efficiency in the functional recruiting process.Participate in technical associations and universities to increase brand awareness and build candidate pipeline in the Tech community.Enter and maintain candidate information into the applicant tracking system daily.Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills4 – 6 years of recruiting experience inclusive of technology recruitingExcellent communication skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationshipsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsHigh energy and passionExperience working directly with Hiring Managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes to include sourcing, screening, behavioral-based interviewing, and offer negotiationsAdvanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience working within applicant tracking systems (ATS)Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and SkillsBachelor’s Degree in a related field4+ years of corporate technical recruiting experience (non-agency)Passion for staying abreast of the latest industry trends in recruiting, including new tools and cutting-edge technologyTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experiencePreferred Experience, Qualifications, and SkillsBachelor’s Degree in related field5+ years of corporate technical recruiting experience (non-agency)Passion for staying abreast of the latest industry trends in recruiting, including new tools and cutting-edge technologyTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experienceEqual Employment Opportunity StatementAvidXchange is an equal opportunity employer.
