In this role, you will manage full life cycle recruiting for our high volume, direct labor and operations teams here at AtriCure.

You will thrive in this role if you are able to prioritize your time effectively between sourcing, screening, interviewing and handling hiring manager expectations.

A big part of your success will be your ability to collaborate with all levels of employees and management and continue to deliver and develop a comprehensive recruiting plan.This position demands a balance of creativity and drive, along with interpersonal skills and basic analytics.

You need to have a proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, high volume work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
