Where Youll Fit Within the Team
As a member of the Global Recruiting team, the Recruiting Associate will play a critical role in the planning and execution of all recruiting efforts related to industry/experienced Consultant hires.
What Youll Do
Sourcing, Application, and Relationship Management
Event/Interview Planning and Execution
- Plan virtual and live events for experienced hires on an ongoing basis
- Coordinate event scheduling, invites, and all related communication both internally with Bain participants and externally with recruits
- Attend recruiting events (live and virtual) and execute event details
- Facilitate all screening and interview logistics (initial screening tool management, central interview scheduling/coordination, communication with office teams and interview candidates, etc.)
- Maintain regular communication across Bain teams regarding logistics for marketing and interviewing events and act as the key coordinator/representative
Additional Responsibilities
- Support the broader Global Recruiting team by participating in centralized projects
- Support team recruiting events/screening/interview efforts for other sources and programs (Advanced Degree, ADvantage) throughout the year as needed
- Provide clear, timely responses to consulting staff involved in recruiting (e.g., interviewer schedules, recruiting event details)
- Work closely with members of Associate Consultant recruiting team and Experienced Talent Recruiting team to ensure a consistent, streamlined recruiting process for all experienced hire applicants
- Utilize recruiting system for data entry, application/event management, and applicant tracking/reporting in a timely & accurate manner
- Attend team meetings and support follow-up action items as necessary
- Assist in evaluation of recruiting performance, including collecting/assembling data and assisting with analyses as directed
- Perform other administrative duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate
About You
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred and 1 year of administrative and/or Recruiting or events support experience, preferably in a professional services firm
- Outstanding interpersonal, written/verbal communication, customer service skills
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment and handle highly confidential information in a professional manner while working in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to work independently and as an integral member of various teams while producing zero defect work
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Flexibility with hours; ability to work overtime and evenings as needed
- Some travel may be required, with advanced notice/planning
