Global Human Resources Process Owner – Hire to RetireThis is an exempt level position.Position Summary:The Hire to Retire Global Process Owner is responsible for driving HR process health and its performance globally.
This is accomplished through the prioritization and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring that any changes are in alignment with enterprise processes.
This position must comprehend business objectives, challenges, strategic direction, and technologies by working with stakeholders and other resources, documenting process and managing change management.
This position will report to the VP, HR.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for the prioritization of process improvement needs as aligned with enterprise and HR strategyLead efforts to monitor, measure, and report process performance results to drive delivery of overall business performanceResponsible to ensure the organization embraces and uses the new process/tools as designed utilizing the proper organizational change managementManage the tasks, timeline, scope, and day-to-day communication with stakeholdersLearn and become proficient in ADM organization, its business areas, and functionsSeek and build relationships through assignments on individual efforts to enhance delivery and to better understand, identify, and work through issues across effortsResponsible for maintaining skills within HR that will allow for proactive assessment of effort needs and completing deliverablesUnderstand, support and contribute to the Readiness strategy.
Contribute ideas and feedback within the departmentUnderstand and adhere to policies and procedures, working with teams and team members to ensure adherence to individual effortsJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Prior process design experience helpful, including Six Sigma and Kaizen experienceMinimum of 5-7 years of experience managing multiple concurrent work streams, documenting processes, and leveraging best-suited methodologies and practices.Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to make complex ideas simple and easy to useAbility to assist others in understanding new processes, and influencing them to try new ways of doing businessStrong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to problems and issues.We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
