Engineering ManagerAllied Resources is currently seeking an Engineering Manager to work with an award-winning Fortune 500 company in the Greater Philadelphia area. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for supervising all work related to the engineering group including approval of capital work plans, evaluating personnel needs, and prioritizing work and resource assignments to meet cost and schedule targets pertaining to high voltage infrastructure. We are looking for a transformation leader that can inspire and lead change. This position provides excellent compensation, aggressive bonus, company stock, world-class medical benefits, 401k with company match, future advancement opportunities, and more!A Day in the Life:Manage engineering activities within the region which includes providing & upgrading service to distribution customers, developing improvements to maintain & improve system reliability, addressing operating issues reported by customers, etc.Develop & maintain working relationships with customers, contractors, municipalities, and other personnel to assure expectations are being met.Evaluate staff for the purpose of developing organizational and leadership talent and coordinate training aspects for self & group members, management, etc.Analyze, develop, and provide recommendations for technical & business plans such as design proposals, strategies, project budgets & forecasts, etc. in support of department goals.Create & reinforce a robust safety culture through daily leadership, strong communication, and displaying commitment to the safety and performance initiatives.The Wish List:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
