Ajilon is partnering with a Global Manufacturing client to find a Sr.
HR Business Partner to support a Manufacturing Plant in Hillsboro, OR.
The Sr.
HRBP will support a plant of 500+ employees, with the support of a Global COE.
In addition, this individual will focus on succession planning, recruitment strategy, and employee relations.
This role is hybrid but will eventually return to being fully onsite in Hillsboro, OR.

The annual salary for this role is between $110,000-$140,000, DOE.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities:Partake in strategic planning with the Director of HR as well as CHRO and company stakeholdersImplement HR Programs such as Recruiting, Succession Planning, and Retention Support non-exempt and exempt workforce with employee relations, benefits, investigations, payroll, and all other requests in partnership with COEAssist leaders in making informed HR decisions based on HR dataRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred10+ years of HR Business Partner experience requiredManufacturing industry experience is requiredProficiency with HRIS is requiredKnowledge of current HR laws and trends
