AES designs, manufactures and builds modular cleanrooms and custom cleanroom equipment for a variety of manufacturing facilities to include pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences and technology industries in compliance with various regulatory standards.

The recruiter’s main goal is to efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

They develop local and national recruiting plans using traditional sourcing strategies and new, creative recruiting ideas.NOTE: This position is located in AES HQ in Montgomeryville, PA.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process using available resources such as the ATS.Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.Handle administrative duties and recruiting record keeping.Recruiting data collection on cost per hire and time-to-hire.Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.Work with hiring managers to create and update Job Descriptions.Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.Coordinate, setup and attend recruiting events to exemplify and communicate the company brand.Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.Translations both in verbal and written.Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.Intakes employee calls as an HR backup resource.Experience recruiting for construction, bio-pharma, engineering, sales and manufacturing very desirable.Other duties as assigned.PM21Education and/or Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or Organizational Development.Fluent in English/Spanish in verbal and written.Recruiting experience for Exempt and Non-Exempt levels for a minimum of 5 years.Previous HR Admin experience desired.Proficiency with additional functions of a recruiter strongly desired.Ability to remain calm while work under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Computer Skills:Individual should be proficient in Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Word Processing Software (Word); and Electronic Mail Software (Outlook).
