What you’ll do
Sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, travel itineraries, air, car, and hotel
Share knowledge and expertise from personal experiences and/or education study trips
Develop long standing relationships with AAA members, organically building referral and repeat business
Make appropriate recommendations to ensure the trip experience is tailored and always more than expected
Cross sell relevant products to enhance the trip experience
What you’ll bring
A high school diploma is required, 2 or 4-year college degree preferred
Previous experience in Hospitality, Customer Service, Banking and/or the Travel Industry
Computer savviness
– Intermediate + MS Office, multi-window navigation
The ability to work some Saturdays and some early evenings
