Prior to driving scale, the Team Entrepreneur will partner to create the initial offering and inform its potential through a minimal viable product.

Candidates are highly organized and proactive with excellent communication skills, relevant experience working within a startup environment and commercializing ideas.Primary Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesServe as business lead on emergent, entrepreneurial offering.

Lead business model design, testing, and iteration while gauging business potential.Collaborate with project leads and other business stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize features, revenue models, and initiatives.Partner with Innovation Technical Team and external partners to design, build, test and implement product features.Develop and implement strategies to gain customers and solicit meaningful feedback which will be used to improve the product.Develop and create strategic partnerships with external partners to help move the business forward.Use research, web analytics and other data to identify improvements to customer experience and work closely with marketers and designers to implement changes.Assist marketing with developing strategies and content.Minimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required.5 years of project management experience required.Education, Work Experience, & KnowledgeBA/BS in Business, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent work experience in running a startup and/or Project Management.Job Specific Technical Skills & CompetenciesEntrepreneurial attitude, creative mindset, and proactive leadership.Experience in a startup environment highly preferred.

Ideally experience includes launching, leading, or growing a startup.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to lead across teams with persuasion.
