SUMMIT COUNTY MOUNTAIN RETREATS (MUST HAVE LOCAL HOUSING) WHAT DO WE DO?Basically we do all the hard work of maintaining and cleaning properties between guest stays for homeowners, allowing thousands to enjoy the grandeur that is Summit County. WHO DO WE SERVE?Our customers fall into two categories: clients and guests. Our clients are homeowners whose properties we manage, and our guests are anyone who books a stay with us at one of the properties we manage. As a Housekeeping Inspector it is your job to make sure company standards are routinely met and/or exceeded by housekeeping and maintenance. Each shift you will receive a list of vacation rentals to be inspected that day. You will follow a checklist as you walk each rental to be sure it’s ready for the guest or homeowner prior to their check-in. You will also respond to guest and homeowner requests and deliver items to properties. The Quality Controller will be trained in housekeeping and laundry so he/she is able to assist in those areas as needed. You will also report issues to management and/or maintenance. A successful Inspector/Quality Controller will have great attention to detail, be very organized and able to develop a methodical and efficient workflow for inspections. We’re open seven days a week with normal daytime hours. We can make reasonable accommodations to work with personal schedules, but the ideal applicant will be able available for most of the above hours.
