Seasonal Housekeeper

White Elephant Resorts is seeking seasonal housekeepers for the 2022 season with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our hotels.

The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our hotels in clean and orderly condition.

Positions start in April and run through October.

Pay Rate: $18/hour H2B Extensions Available Responsibilities: Clean and tidy all rooms & public areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits Deliver excellent customer service Record all serviced rooms Report on any shortages, damages or security issues Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws Skills Previous housekeeping experience Ability to work independently and remain motivated Helpful with customer service orientation Prioritization and time management skills Professionalism along with speed and strong attention to detail Knowledge of English language Rated by The Boston Globe as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts, White Elephant Resorts is a collection of premier properties which includes White Elephant Nantucket, White Elephant Palm Beach, The Wauwinet, Jared Coffin House, The Cottages at Nantucket Boat Basin and Nantucket Boat Basin.
