We are proud to offer package that includes competitive pay, generous vacation package, 7 paid holidays, and excellent benefit package for fulltime employees.We are also offering a$500 signing bonusafter the completion of our probationary period.Key ResponsibilitiesBehaviors every day with every guest interaction and professional hospitality at all timesParticipates in the development and implementation for of business strategies for the restaurant which are aligned with Radisson’s overall mission, vision values and strategiesDevelops and implements strategies for departmentMonitors status regularly and adjusts strategies as appropriateDevelops and implements strategies for the assigned Food & Beverage outlets that support achievement of the hotel’s goalsDevelops and implements strategies to achieve revenue and profit goalAssists in the development of the marketing plan for assigned outlet by keeping current on competitors on a regular basisDevelops and implements special promotions and employee incentivesProvides employees with current up-to-date information on menu offeringsIncreases sales by coaching employees on effective sales techniquesMaximizes productivity by using forecasting techniques to adjust schedulingManages the operation of assigned restaurant or outletCoordinates the set-up of restaurant or outlet areas in accordance with hotels standardsConfirms daily specials and new menu additions with Executive Chef, Sous Chef & or F&B ManagerManages the food and beverage service provided in assigned outlet(s); coaches employees on effective service and food presentation techniquesInspects restaurant and outlet areas on an on-going basis and takes appropriate steps to ensure facilities meet or exceeds the hotel’s standards at all timesLeads staff meetings; conducts daily pre-shift meetings to discuss specials, house count, reservations and new menu itemsAssists in quarterly inventoriesDevelops and implements strategies and practices which support employee engagementRecruits and selects qualified candidatesProvides employees with the orientation and training needed to understand expectations and perform job responsibilitiesCommunicates performance expectations and provides employees with on-going feedbackProvides employees with coaching and counseling as needed to achieve performance objectives and reach their fullest potentialCreates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations:Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service.Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.Provides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis.Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction.Performs other duties as required by Management to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction and genuine hospitality to our Guest.Requirements/SkillsMinimum 3 years restaurant management experienceHigh school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsAble to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamworkAble to resolve conflicts guests, supervisor and employeeKnowledge of local, state and federal liquor laws and regulationsStrong floor presence with focus and energyAbility to multitask and work well under pressureBasic computer skills in Microsoft Office SuiteAPPLY NOW
