Job Description Dish Washer As a dishwasher, you will use both manual and machine washing methods to ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils.
Dishwashers must also maintain a clean and safe dishwashing space.
They ensure that all garbage is removed and placed in an appropriate location for disposal.
Job Description Cleaning dishes, plates, bowls, silverware, pots, glasses, and pans using both manual and machines Taking trash and waste to the dumpster Walls and floors, as well as washing work areas, refrigerators, and kitchen equipment Putting together, maintaining, and dismantling the dish machine Dishes and utensils should be scraped, rinsed, and loaded into the dishwasher All cookware, utensils, and dishes should be washed and sanitized The dishwasher should be cleaned, sanitized, and kept in good working order Ensure the floor around the dishwasher is always clean, free from excess water and objects Dishwasher dishes and utensils should be unloaded and carefully organized Empty trash cans regularly Sweep and mop as needed to keep the work area and kitchen clean.
As needed, perform additional cleaning duties Requirements High school diploma Experience in restaurants Food handler certification card preferred Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds Bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving fast without discomfort Must be able to work on nights, weekends, and holidays Benefits
