Professional Housekeeper

This is a very physically demanding job!

Must be extremely reliable, and dependable, have a lot of energy, a positive attitude, and put the upmost pride in every job you complete.

Turning over properties for rent or sale, new construction cleaning, Residential house cleaning, organizing, and more.

Filling in and helping out where needed

Thoroughly and efficiently cleaning houses, apartments, offices, etc..

of ALL levels of dirty, using a variety of cleaning products to a very specific standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE but are not limited to;

Sweep cobwebs

Scrub ALL surfaces top to bottom.

Dust ALL horizontal surfaces, and anything on them thoroughly.

Polish stainless steel

Scrub appliances inside and out spotless

Use a ladder and/or step stool

Remove and clean light fixtures and switch plates

Scrub baseboards, walls, and ceilings.

Sweep porches driveways and walkways

Clean and disinfect equipment and supplies

Make and or change beds

Scrub stains from surfaces

Empty wastebaskets and take out trash.

Wash dishes and put dishes away in cupboards

plump pillows, and tidy up

Etc.
