If you are a friendly, motivated person, with a passion to serve others, the Omni Mount Washington Resort may be your perfect match.Job Description:Join our team and earn a $250 sign on bonus and a free ski pass at Bretton Woods!!Responsible for understanding the Resort and all of its lodging properties, as well as the property management systems, in order to make reservations for incoming guests based on their needs and the options available.Responsibilities:Make reservations both for accommodations and diningChange/cancel reservationsFile Reservations and back-upHandle mail/correspondence/brochure requestsPost advance depositsProcess confirmationsTrack purchased gift certificates and book Comp Certificate ReservationsData input delivered reservations from ORSAssist Sales and Conference Services when specific questions arise regarding groupsAssist internal Associates with occupancy and availability informationAssist with specific questions that help them to sell and close reservations salesQualifications:High school diplomia or equivalent.Attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Excellent organizational skills.Must be pleasant and friendly.Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysFulltime, part time, and on call positions availableOmni Hotels and Resorts is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
