Description:What Makes a McKibbon Hotel Sales and Service Coordinator?As a key member of the hotel sales team, the Sales and Service Coordinator assists with the sales process to help increase client experience and help produce revenue.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales and Service Coordinator is responsible for administrative duties as well as maintaining the highest level of competency to help the hotel achieve its business goals.A Day in the Life:You will be responsible for assisting with the sales and revenue generation of the property.You will implement and train on all McKibbon procedures that relate to sales, including systems and processes.You will maintain positive relationships with the properties’ operations teams and clients.You will support guest experience and satisfaction in all operations.You will implement and maintain all sales documentation.You will work to enact proactive sales strategies through direct sales calls, prospecting for new clients, and client visits..
Requirements:Previous sales experience (highly preferred)Previous hotel experience (highly preferred)Previous experience with major brands like Marriott, Hilton or Starwood (highly preferred)Candidates must possess the skills and experience to consistently deliver exceptional guest serviceExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsThe ability to actively support operational teamsThe ability to ensure that hotel policies and brand standards are followedStrong computer acumen
