Job Description:
IMPORTANT NOTE:
This position will work at our project sites which are located throughout the continental US.
Under limited supervision, performs routine/standard to highly complex quality inspections to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations. Validates compliance with a projects Quality Management Plan (QMP). Ensures QMP is executed in accordance with a projects quality requirements and schedule. Develops the inspection plan, reviews subcontractor test packages and evaluates their work. Develops documentation and processes to ensure consistent project quality from construction turnover to start-up.
Particular responsibilities may vary by project; however, they essentially include:
Under limited supervision, performs routine/standard to highly complex quality assurance inspections to ensures compliance with all applicable standards, codes, and regulations. Prepares inspection and testing plans, instructions and field procedures. Audits and analyzes quality costs and other quality data. Selects sample test plan applications for quality control consistent with the QMP.
Identifies non-conforming work products and/or materials that require follow-up or investigation. Conducts internal investigation of quality issues. Reports violations of any quality standards to the projects quality team as required.
Maintains documentation of quality activities to ensure adherence to QMP and schedule. Produces required reports to ensure that the projects quality team is staffed with personnel that meet the projects required qualifications to perform all detailed inspections and testing.
Prepares, reviews, and/or oversees corrective action plans.
Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
At a minimum, the Senior Quality Inspector shall have the following:
a high school diploma or equivalent, and
four (4) years of related experience
Certifications may be required depending on federal, state, local, or contract requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of B31.3 & ACI Standards
Willing and able to travel for extended periods of time – this position will be based at our project site in northwest Texas.

Background Check and Drug Testing Information:
