Cook We are looking for an ambitious Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen.

You’ll perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients, so that food can be prepared according to recipes.

A great prep cook will be quick and diligent and willing to improve on the job.

You will be deft and able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen.

We want each plate to be prepared according to our recipe and specifications to ensure a consistent product and guest experience.

Cook Requirements Texas Food Handlers Certificate.

Proficient in English or Spanish.

Ability to stand on your feet for several hours.

Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen.

Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.

A team player with good communication skills.

Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure.

Very good physical condition and endurance.

Ability to lift at least 50lbs.

Previous knowledge of various cooking methods (sauté, grilling, baking, etc.).

This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods.

A Dishwasher should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills.

You should be able to prioritize tasks and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures.

Dishwasher Requirements Ability to stand on your feet for several hours.

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Must comply with all sanitation procedures.

Other duties as directed.

Ability to read and comprehend labels on chemicals and material safety data sheets (MSDS).

Assist with unloading stocking delivery trucks.
