Housekeeping / Environmental Services Staff – Full-Time and Part-Time Positions!

Starting Salary: $13.50 – $14.50 per hour

A Successful Housekeeper has the following:
- Caring and compassionate attitude with true concern for people
- Strong customer service focus; ability to work discreetly in resident and guest areas
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to multitask
- Cleaning, laundry services and hospitality experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff
- Maintain cleanliness of entire building, assist with cleaning of resident equipment, all while maintaining proper safety and infection control procedures
- Assist with monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies, notifying supervisor of low supply in timely manner
- Maintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residents
Requirements:
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- High school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training preferred
- Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines

- Complete New-Hire Orientation, CBRF classes (as needed), and housekeeping skills training
- Receive continuous training from management team and as you continue to provide exceptional customer service to our residents
