This is a Full-time position in Pine Bluff, AR posted December 9, 2021.
Monday
– Friday
Rotate Holidays
Performs cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including resident rooms/ apartments, common areas and inside/outside areas, in a clean and orderly manner.
Duties include making beds, cleaning rooms and halls, vacuuming and washing windows.
Vacuums carpets and rugs
Clean public restrooms and lounges
Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings.
Cleans metal fixtures and fittings.
Empties and cleans trash containers.
Disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.
Cleans sinks, mirrors, tubs and showers.
Wipes down glass surfaces.
Makes up beds and changes linens as required.
Responds to resident queries and requests.
Responds to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.
Contributes to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with residents, fellow associates and others.
Performs other duties as assigned.
